In order to measure how far you hit each club in your bag you first have to define your golfbag.
When this is done, you Start your round, selecting Distances and score.
You can only measure one player’s shots, even if you add 4 players to the round.
Now at a stage of using Wegolf during your round, you get this screen:
When you see the screen above that displays the distances to all the POI on the hole, select Options, Stroke Distance.
- Now you will see your list of clubs that you defined earlier.
- From where your ball is lying, select the club that you are about to use.
- You then move to where your ball ended up after the shot and once there…
- You then go Options, Stroke Distance again on that screen displaying the distances to the POI
- And you select the next club you are about to use for the next shot.
- Repeat these steps until your ball is on the green
- Once on the green, select Options, Stroke Distance and then Stop to end the measuring process.
All your shots are the also plotted Google Earth to be viewed on a computer on www.wegolf.net when you get home. After you logged in using your cell number in international format as user name and the last 4 digits of the number as password and you will be able to view your round like this… (A screenshot of my round at Eagles Creek/Stilfontein a while ago. As you see I visited the trees a bit on the 16th

Before you can measure how far you hit each club in your bag, you have to define which clubs you carry in your bag. You do this with the My Golfbag function that can be found under Tools:
- On the main menu, select Tools, My golfbag.
- You will now see a default set of clubs with the default distance for each club in brackets.
- Edit the distances in brackets by selecting the club, scrolling to Range and changing the distance for each club to the distance that you know you hit that club. Just select Save when finished with each club.
- Delete clubs from the list that are not in your bag one by one by highlighting them and selecting Options, Delete
- Add new clubs to the list by selecting Options, New and then selecting them from a pre-defined list of clubs.
- Also enter how far you think you hit each club.
- If the club you want to add is not on the pre-defined list, just scroll down to “Club” and type in the club description like for example 4 Hybrid and then enter the distance as well you know you hit it.
Continue deleting/adding clubs until your Golfbag on Wegolf contains all the clubs you carry in your actual golf bag
